Year 6 is an exciting year when children will gain greater independence and apply the skills and knowledge they have gained over their primary life. They will have the opportunity to take on roles and responsibilities around the school such as house captain, sports captain, school council leaders and librarians. The year will culminate in the Key Stage 2 SATs in May and the end of year production in which Year 6 take the starring roles!

A yearly curriculum overview is available below which includes all the topics we will explore this year. More detailed termly overviews will be uploaded as the year progresses.
