Site Manager – Full-time (from July 2021)
Due to the retirement of our Site Manager, an exciting vacancy has arisen at St John’s CE Primary School for a suitably skilled, reliable and self-motivated person to join our friendly and dedicated team.
Under the direction of the Headteacher, the post holder will be responsible for duties including managing all health and safety aspects for the site, general maintenance of the building and grounds, project management of specific work involving liaising with contractors, general security and duties of this kind associated with the support of the premises (including unlocking and locking) and some cleaning. There may be some unsocial hours due to you being the primary key holder for the site.
This is an all year round full-time post, 37 hours per week, 25 days holiday (or pro-rata for job share)
There may be the possibility to split the position into two part-time roles if there are suitable candidates who would prefer this option.
