On Saturday 15th March, the netball squad took part in the annual Sevenoaks School Netball Tournament. We were drawn into a group alongside St Thomas, Lady Boswell’s, Seal, St George’s and Halstead. Some of the schools are quite a lot larger than ours and some schools are smaller. We started with a win against St Thomas 4-0. Then we faced Lady Boswell’s, which ended in a hard-fought 1-1 draw. Next up was Seal, where we won 2-0, which then meant we played St George’s, who currently hadn’t lost a game! We went on to win 6-3 with some brilliant shooting. Finally, we played Halstead and won 5-0. This meant that we topped the table and would play the winners of the other group, Amherst! Everyone played brilliantly in the final, but we ended up losing 2-6. 

All the players should be really proud of themselves, especially Megan (year 4) and Mia (year 4) who were playing against year 6’s!
